People and roles
Roles
Each person has a role in every organization they belong to. The same person can be in several organizations, with a different role in each.
There are two roles: Member and Admin. An organization always has at least one admin.
In a producer

| Member | Use the herd screens: import, edit sessions, record treatments, move animals between lots, manage lots and products, build consignments. |
| Admin | Everything above, plus: undo imports, configure the organization, manage establishments, prepare SENASA declarations, give agency access and change roles. |
In an agency
| Role | Can |

| Member | See the herd of the producers who gave access and build consignments. |
| Admin | Everything above, plus: configure the organization and change roles. |
People screen
Administration → People lists everyone in the organization. Only admins can see it.
- You can search by name or email, and filter by role (Everyone, Admins, Members).
- Anyone who hasn't logged in for the first time yet appears with Invitation not accepted yet.
- Make admin and Remove admin change a person's role. Nobody can change their own role.
Adding or removing people
People aren't added or removed from this screen. To add or remove someone in your organization, ask the Puelas team.
Each new person receives an email with a link to log in.
