Consignments
A consignment is a group of animals from one producer handed over for sale. The agency assembles it with the animals of a producer who gave it access.
:::note Scope Consignments record which animals were delivered, when, and from which producer. They don't record prices, settlements, buyers, sale weights, or DT-e. :::
Any member of the agency can assemble and modify consignments; you don't need to be an admin.
Consignment list
Consignments shows your agency's consignments, from newest to oldest. Each row shows the producer, the note, the number of head, the status (Open or Closed), and the date.
The producer sees the same consignments in their own account, as you assemble them, but can't modify them.
Assembling a consignment
Consignments are assembled from your own organization, not while you are acting for a producer. If you are in a producer's herd, the Go to … button in Consignments takes you straight to a new consignment.
- In Consignments, tap Add. There is also New consignment on your Home.
- Choose the Producer. Only those who gave you access appear.
- Enter the Date and, if you want, a Note (for example, Azul fair).
- Tap Start. The consignment opens, empty and open.
Each consignment belongs to a single producer. To consign cattle from several producers, assemble one consignment per producer.
Adding animals
The Add animals panel offers two ways:
- From a lot: adds all the animals that are in that producer's lot today.
- By tag: search by electronic or visual tag and pick the animal from the suggestions, or type the full tag.
If an animal is already in another open consignment of the same producer, it is added anyway and marked On another. It's only a notice.
To remove an animal, use ✕ on its row.
:::tip Withdrawal period Before closing the consignment, check in each animal's history that none is in a withdrawal period. :::
Statuses

If the producer removes access
If a producer removes your access, their consignments stay as they are: both sides can still see them, but they can no longer be modified, closed or reopened. The consignment shows a notice saying so.
