Logging in
Puelas has no open sign-up: accounts are created by the Puelas team when they add a person to an organization. That person receives an email with a link to log in for the first time.
There are two ways to log in:
With an email link
- Enter your email and tap Log in with email.
- Open the link that arrives by email. It works only once and expires after 15 minutes.
- Choose whether you want to stay logged in on that device or log in only this time.
For security, Puelas always shows the same message, whether or not the account exists.
With a password
If you created a password in your account, you can log in with your email and password:
- Log in and stay logged in remembers the device for 14 days.
- Log in only this time logs you out when you close the browser.
Logging out
Log out is at the bottom of the account menu.
Menu
The main bar has the screens you use every day. The rest is in the account menu (your name, top right). On the phone, everything is in the menu.
What appears depends on whether your organization is a producer or a consignment agency, and on your role.

Switching organization
If you belong to more than one organization, the account menu shows Organizations: the current one has a checkmark and you pick the others with a tap.
If you work at a consignment agency, the producers who gave you access appear under Acting for. See Your producers' herd.
Switching organization is in the desktop menu. It is not yet available on the phone.
Breadcrumbs
Detail pages show at the top the path you took to get there, for example Sessions › TACTO 15M LP › 4761. Each step takes you back to that screen.
Live updates
Screens update by themselves when another person in the organization imports a file, edits a session or changes a piece of data. You don't need to reload the page.
If the connection drops, Reconnecting… appears until it comes back.
Installing on your phone
Puelas can be installed as an app from the browser: Add to Home Screen on iPhone, or Install app on Android and on the computer. It opens in its own window, with its own icon.
Puelas needs a connection to work. Without signal, it shows No connection and a Try again button: nothing is lost, and it picks up where you left off when the signal returns.
