Agency access

You can give your consignment agency read access to your herd. With that access, the agency sees your animals and can build consignments with them.

:::info Read only An agency with access can see your animals. It can't modify them: it doesn't import files, edit sessions or record treatments. It doesn't see your organization's administration or your SENASA declarations either. :::

Access is given to the agency's organization, not to a person: its whole team gains and loses it together.

Give access​

Admins only.

  1. Open Administration → Organization.
  2. Under Who can see your herd, look up the agency in Add an agency, by name (from 2 letters) or by full CUIT.
  3. Tap Give access.

Each access shows who gave it and when. As long as you haven't given access to anyone, the section says Nobody outside your operation can see your herd.

Remove access​

Tap Remove access on the agency's row. The effect is immediate:

  • Anyone from the agency who is looking at your herd at that moment is taken out of it.
  • The consignments the agency built with your animals stay as they are: they can still be viewed, but can no longer be modified.

Puelas keeps the history of access given and removed. You can give access again later.
