This page describes the file generated by a SENASA declaration. The format follows the Manual SIGSA — Declaración de dispositivos de identificación electrónicos (v2.42.80, December 2025), section 6.

sigsa-<RENSPA without dots>-<application date YYYY-MM-DD>.txt
For example: sigsa-0100200300004-2026-09-10.txt.
Contents
A single line of text, with no header. Each animal is a record; records are separated by ; and the fields of each record by -:

| SEXO (sex) | M (male) or H (female). |
| RAZA (breed) | SENASA breed code. |
| FECHA DE NACIMIENTO (birth date) | MM/AAAA, with the month in two digits. |

SENASA has no code for Red Angus, so it is declared as Otra raza (other breed).
Data that is not in the file
This data is filled in by hand in SIGSA when uploading the file:
- Application date.
- Reason for the declaration.
- Record (acta) number.
